This brand new, custom-built home evokes the salty breezes of coastal Cape Cod and simply takes your breath away. The countless activity spaces in the backyard do, too — a perfect place to host parties for the young and the old.

The Vision

A kid-friendly outdoor resort.

Our clients’ family is filled with children, and they frequently entertain large groups. Their dream space was reminiscent of a luxury resort but full of areas for kid-friendly outdoor activities like swimming, tennis, ping-pong and foosball.

The Design

Pleasure, entertainment and joy.

The carefree attitude found at beachside resorts in Cape Cod is brought to life at the front of the house and continues deep into the backyard. Eat, play, lounge in the sun, cozy up around the fire or cool off in the pool — the design flows freely and offers almost limitless options for fun and relaxation.

Endless space to play.

Residents and guests alike can choose where they want to play, whether it’s down the waterslide into the pool or one of the many outdoor games areas.

Complementary materials.

The retaining wall, patio, driveway and pathway materials all match the materials and palette of the house, beautifully complementing the architecture.
